The Drucker Management Path is the only short-form training program for middle managers and executives that is based on Peter Drucker’s timeless teachings.

What helps make the DMP special is the way it imparts Drucker’s principles. There is very little lecturing. Rather, in each DMP workshop — “Managing Oneself,” “Managing My Team” and “Managing for Opportunity” — participants drive the learning themselves.
