日本経済新聞: JAPANESE STUDENT PROGRAM
The April 24 front page of Nihon Keizai Shimbun (日本経済新聞), Japan’s leading economic newspaper, featured a story about the Drucker for Future Japanese Leaders program (日本の高校生を対象とするドラッカープログラム). The Drucker Institute plans to launch the program with an initial group of students in the summer of 2013.
Under the program—which is based on its successful U.S. counterpart, Drucker for Future Leaders—groups of Japanese students will visit Claremont, California, for week-long sessions. Each group will learn essential management skills, practice their English (with support from bilingual program staff), interact with American students and visit Los Angeles-area businesses and cultural institutions.

日本の高校生を対象とするドラッカープログラム（正式名称: Drucker for Future Japanese Leaders、DFJL）では、ピーター F.ドラッカー氏が提唱する理論に基づくマネージメントおよびリーダーシップスキルを学びます。受講生は、この講義を通して、コミュニティサービス（社会貢献活動）プロジェクトを計画します。また、同じコンセプトに基づいて、短期的および長期的なセルフマネージメント（自己管理）計画を作成して、勉強目標と個人目標を効果的に追求します。
5 つの質問
ピーター・ドラッカー氏の「最も重要な 5 つの質問」は、高校生を対象とするマネージメント教育の礎石であり、受講生が実践するマネージメント計画の基本的な枠組みとなります。受講生は、ドラッカー氏のその他の主要な管理原則を学習して活用します（自分の強みを特定して自分の強みに基づいて行動する、自分の価値観に従う、進度を確認して計画を見直す、時間を管理する、計画的な廃棄を実践する、など）。
