Data Innovation Team

The Drucker Institute Data Innovation Team is a cross-disciplinary group dedicated to advancing how organizations understand, measure, and improve management effectiveness.

The Data Innovation Team works closely with private-sector clients, including corporations and mission-driven organizations, to help them better understand their performance across key dimensions of management. This includes developing custom analytics, applying advanced methods such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, and translating complex data into practical insights for executives and boards. The team’s work supports leaders seeking clearer evidence about how their organizations create value for customers, employees, communities, and shareholders.

At the same time, the Data Innovation Team collaborates with scholars and research partners worldwide to advance the field of management research. These collaborations explore new datasets, methodologies, and frameworks, including ways to measure intangible and relational assets that traditional metrics often miss. Through this dual focus on private clients and global scholarship, the Data Initiative serves as a bridge between academic insight and managerial practice, strengthening organizations and contributing to a more effective and responsible economy.
