The DI is building a team of individuals who can help manage existing programs such as the Drucker Archives, The Drucker Prize, “Doing the Right Things Well” Podcast, The Drucker Institute Corporate Rankings, as well as launch new initiatives that will take the Institute and Peter Drucker’s legacy into the future.

Research Assistant Professor (Non-Tenure Track)

The position will work closely with the Drucker Institute’s Innovation team to enhance the Corporate Effectiveness Rankings, combining rigorous research with social impact. Responsibilities include attending on-campus meetings, collaborating on research projects, and participating in seminars. Optional teaching opportunities may be available for additional pay.
